The Eiffel Tower is one of the most famous structures in the world. It is located in Paris, France. It is named after ‘Gustave Eiffel’ whose company designed and built the Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower was built to be used as the entrance to the World’s Fair in 1889. It is made out of iron. It gets repainted every 7 years with brown color.
The Eiffel Tower has 3 levels. Inside the Eiffel Tower, there are shops and eateries. There is an antenna at the top of the Eiffel Tower which is used for radio broadcast.
Every evening the Eiffel Tower sparkles with electric light bulbs for 5 minutes on the hour.
